Our team of Policy and Fund Administrators and Accountants provide quality third party administration services across activities such as processing policy transactions, document generation, pricing, trading, valuations.

Production Support

Provides a support and dedicated helpdesk for each of our clients, dealing with issues, bugs, queries and change requests for clients.

Our team develop from the requirements and functional specifications a technical specification that describes how the solution will work.

Human Resources

Cover all aspects from recruitment and training through to performance management and reward. The Human Resources team offers support and guidance to all IFDS Percana staff

Look after all corporate financial planning, statutory accounting, accounts payable.

Ensure that the company operates within the financial regulations. Monitors risk and reports concerns to senior management. Ensure IFDS Percana has a robust compliance process in place. Maintain business continuity processes.

Maintain and support IT Infrastructure for the company. Ensure quality IT service to the business and clients, helpdesk support, system and network administration.
