David Palmer (Finance Manager)
David joined our Finance Team in June 2006 as a Fund Administrator. Following the successful completion of his ACCA exams he progressed to Financial Accountant. He has recently taken on the role as Finance Manager which involves liaising directly with all TPA finance clients as the first point of contact.
“I came to Percana in 2006 with the expectation of excellent opportunities in a fast-paced, fast-growing life and pensions company. I was eager to build on my experiences in financial services and develop professionally with the ACCA qualifications. Percana have supported me in each step of the way and certainly played a huge part in reaching one of my goals, to become a qualified accountant. Percana have continued to exceed expectations and I feel I have grown along with them. The people, skills and knowledge in Percana are second to none. I look forward to the next step in my career with Percana and to assist in the development of others who choose the same path”.
Bego Urain (Production Support Manager)
Bego joined our Development Team as a Software Developer in 2002. Since then she continued to grow within Development to Team Lead and now has overall responsibility for the Production Support Department. Her current role involves line management as well as ensuring customer solutions are delivered on time and within budget. She is responsible for the liaising with the client and the QA team to turnaround issues in a timely manner and deal with day to day issues to include bug fixing, creating fix scripts and change requests.
My career at Percana has been both challenging and rewarding. I feel I have grown with Percana since joining in February 2002 and have certainly been rewarded in recognition for the commitment and hard work placed in this fast paced and expanding company. I also feel my successes are testament to the teams I work alongside and the support I have been given from my peers, staff and seniors along the way.”
Celine Creighton (Client Relations Manager)
Celine has been with Percana since 2005. Starting out as QA tester, she quickly progressed to Team Lead, dealing with one of our bigger clients. That experience led her to take on the role of CRM in 2008. This required her to liaise with all areas of the business, managing Development, QA and client expectations.
“I joined Percana in 2005 when it was a small company of just 20 staff. The last five years have been challenging but very rewarding and it is a real sense of achievement to see Percana as it stands today.
The move to CRM gives me great job satisfaction, it was hard at times but I learned a lot from it and came out the other side more knowledgeable and it has given me the confidence to face the new challenges ahead”
